If service cannot be completed due to locked gates, inaccessible equipment, aggressive pets, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, a service charge may apply.
Appointments may need to be rescheduled due to severe weather, emergencies, equipment availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms

EZ Pools reserves the right to suspend or discontinue service for overdue accounts.

Weekly Pool Service

Routine pool maintenance is designed to maintain proper water chemistry and equipment operation. However, factors beyond our control—including severe weather, excessive debris, heavy pool usage, landscaping, wildlife, or equipment failure—may temporarily affect water clarity and balance.
Additional cleanups or chemical treatments may be recommended when necessary.
Equipment Repairs

While every effort is made to diagnose and repair pool equipment correctly, EZ Pools cannot guarantee the continued performance of aging, previously damaged, or manufacturer-defective equipment.
Replacement recommendations are based on our professional judgment and are intended to provide reliable long-term operation.
Customer Responsibilities

Maintain safe access to the property during scheduled visits.
Notify EZ Pools of any known equipment issues or hazards.
Keep pets secured during service appointments.
